Former Deputy Chief of Staff of Armenian parliament Arsen Babayan, accused of promoting usurpation of power by the head of the CC and forgery, intends to engage in human rights activities.

His remarks came at a press conference with the participation of his lawyers - Lusine Sahakyan, Yervand Varosyan and Lusine Martirosyan.

Speaking about the ban on dating and phone calls, including the ban on dating children, Arsen Babayan noted that the head of the SIS called this a misunderstanding, after which the ban on dating children was lifted.

“Such lawlessness is unprecedented for Armenia. Not a single point of the law is respected. The preventive measure was actually changed by the prosecutor's office,” he said.

He expressed gratitude to the Ombudsmen of Armenia and Artsakh, Avetik Ishkhanyan and Sisak Gabrielyan for the guarantee.
