The Artists’ Union of Armenia today opened a photo exhibition dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the People’s Republic of China.
Greeting the guests, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Armenia Tian Erlong stated that this exhibition features 150 precious photos.
“These photos serve as a record of the big changes that have been made in China over the past 70 years, portray the economic power of China and show the strengthening of China’s position in the international arena,” the Ambassador said.
Touching upon the relations between China and Armenia, Tian Erlong emphasized that the bilateral ties have grown sustainably over the years.
The exhibition will run until November 24.
