High-tech industry ministry intends to make Armenia a welcome place for the life and work of engineers, programmers, and innovators, said the minister Hakob Arshakyan at the Armenian parliament on Friday.

According to him, Armenia has developed a strategy for 2020–2025 to achieve these goals, aimed at the development of high technologies, the military industry and digitization. 

“It will soon be presented to the public,” he said.
