Several dozen attorney generals investigating Google’s advertising practices are planning to extend the trial to the company's flagship business, Android, CNBC reported.

The investigation, which began in September, focused on Google’s search and advertising services.

A company owned by Alphabet Inc has previously reported that it is working with US states and territories to conduct an investigation and that previous investigations addressed similar issues without charging the company with an offense.
