The 2020 draft state budget is revolutionary, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at the parliament during the discussion of the draft state budget for 2020.

According to him, in 2018 he said Armenian parliament’s budget will increase by 30-35% in 1-2 years if they come to power.

Its revenue, in relation to 2018, will grow by 27.4%, he said. 

“Yes, this budget is revolutionary, because it is the exact fulfillment of the promise that I made. Planned capital expenditures for 2020, compared with 2018, are up by 135.1%. It cannot be called anything other than revolutionary,” he said.
