Russian president Vladimir Putin may visit Turkey in the first week of next year, representative of Turkish president’s office Ibrahim Kalin said.

The presidents of Russia and Turkey will meet to mark the end of construction of the Turkish Stream pipeline. They will also discuss bilateral relations, TASS reported.

Earlier this week spokesperson for the Russian president Dmitry Peskov said the presidents would meet in January 2020.
