Lydian Armenia filed two lawsuits against the Armenian Ministry of the Environment, Dataleks reported.

One of the claims will be considered by the judge of the Administrative Court Liana Hakobyan, the other - Eduard Nahapetyan.

The reason for the lawsuits is the refusal of the Ministry to approve the project for water intake from the Darb and Arpa rivers presented by the company. The company considers the refusal illegal.
