Leaders of the opposition European Georgia Party in Georgia have put locks on the gates of the parliament, Novosti Georgia reports.
Earlier, 20 opposition parties are holding a large-scale protest rally in downtown Tbilisi today in response to the failure of constitutional reforms. They have announced the start of a "full picketing of the parliament."
Former Tbilisi mayor and MP Gigi Ugulava placed the locks on the main gates of the parliament.
Due to the failure of the constitutional reform electoral law on November 14, opposition and civic activists announced the start of protest actions.
