Anna Danibekyan, the judge for the case of second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan and other ex-officials, has called on the sides to respect each other.

Besides the disputes and objections in the courtroom, the sides are also giving incorrect evaluations, violating the presumption of innocence and making offensive remarks.

In response to another similar statement by the representative of the injured party, attorney Hayk Alumyan reminded Anna Danibekyan that the judge is the one who has to maintain order in the courtroom, and Judge Danibekyan preferred to call on both sides to maintain order.

The court is considering two motions of attorneys for the recusal of prosecutor Petros Petrosyan.
