“Pursuant to part 1 of Article 20 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly”, upon the request of at least a quarter of the total number of deputies, by virtue of law, an investigative committee of the National Assembly has been set up to examine the process of organizing ground passenger transportation in the Republic of Armenia and the operation of the plenipotentiary bodies serving in, coordinating and overseeing the sector between the years 2016 and 2019.

Pursuant to part 6 of Article 20 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly”, the draft decision of the National Assembly prescribing the number of members of the investigative committee will be considered during the regular sessions of the National Assembly to be convened on December 3,” the statement by Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan reads.
