Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the role of European Union, which has become Armenia’s “primary partner in institution building and in implementing reform agenda.”

In his speech at the Institute for International Political Studies, Pashinyan highlighted the importance of the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between Armenia and the European Union.

“CEPA is of particular importance, as it is a reform generating tools and fulfillment of its provisions entails quality changes in many areas,” he said when speaking at the Italian think tank.
