The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Armenia, Arayik Harutyunyan, has left for Paris at the invitation of the French Minister of National Education, Jean-Michel Blanquer.
In the French capital city, Harutyunyan will participate in the high-level conference of education ministers of the Council of Europe member states to be held on November 26.
