YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd newspaper of Armenia reports that its investigation has revealed that Levon Sargsyan - “Lyovik of the flour mill” - a former Republican Party of Armenia MP who is considered a close person of third President Serzh Sargsyan and is arrested in Russia, will not be handed over to Armenian law enforcement.

According to Zhoghovurd daily's sources, Armenian law enforcers are concerned. They do not rule out that L. Sargsyan could also be a Russian citizen because he has been living in that country for more than eight years. But the negotiations on bringing him to Armenia continue.

It should be reminded that the person who ordered the 2008 robbery attack on the house of the former head of the Customs Committee, Armen Avetisyan, according to the law enforcement officials, had been Lyovik of the flour mill.
