Armenia’s economic potential lies in human resources. This is what the European Commission’s Director for Neighborhood East Lawrence Meredith declared during the Torino Process 2018-20 meeting in Armenia.

According to him, Armenia has serious potential in the areas of industry, textile industry, light industry and jewelry making that can be used through the growth of human capital.

“We have wonderful programs for the development of agriculture and education, and the implementation of those programs will be a great contribution for Armenia’s economic development,” he stated.
