The man who donated 20 KamAZ cars to the Yerevan City Hall was Gagik Khachatryan, the former head of the Armenian State Revenue Committee, who is now under arrest, Zhamanak daily reported referring to its own sources.
It’s precisely in connection with this that the name of the philanthropist is kept secret, since Mayor Hayk Marutyan cannot explain why the ex-chair made such a gift for the city, the source noted.
