Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) Artak Beglaryan has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Law School at the Southwestern University of the US.
The memorandum was signed on the basis of agreements reached during Beglaryan's visit to California in July.
According to the memorandum, the Law School at the Southwestern University is committed to providing full scholarships to Artsakh lawyers to pursue a master's degree in Human Rights and International Law at the University, as well as to partake in various mid-term academic and research programs.
