The official opening ceremony of the 7th Business Innovation Forum (BIF 2019) took place in Dilijan, Armenia, in the morning.

The BIF is a platform where the leading practices of innovation development are presented, practical discussions are held, and future action plans are developed.

"The impact of holding the forum is huge on the development of the Armenian high-tech environment and on presenting Armenia to the world," said Hakob Arshakyan, the Minister of High-Technological Industry, at the official opening. "We still have a tremendous amount of work to do to implement the opportunities provided by the forum, to reach big markets, to attract new organizations, and to create a favorable environment."

The Business Innovation Forum is held under the auspices of the Prime Minister of Armenia.
