The Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan has held a regular session, reports AzerTAj.

Earlier, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev had forwarded an inquiry to the Constitutional Court regarding the constitutionality of the parliament’s dissolution.

During its session, the Constitutional Court considered the Azerbaijani president’s inquiry and decided to accept it.

The inquiry will be considered on the merits with the participation of the parties during the plenary session of the Constitutional Court on December 4 at 12:00.
