Ardshinbank offers “Jerm Ojakh” loan aimed at energy-efficient home renovation. The loan is provided without collateral with a maximum 3 million loan amount. The main condition for the borrowers is that at least the 40% of the loan amount must be spent on energy efficiency measures and equipment. However, the borrower receives up to 15% bonus from the loan amount.

“Jerm Ojakh” loan has the following advantages:

improves apartment/house condition,

reduces utility costs by saving electricity,

allows to get energy-efficient household appliances,

allows to receive 5 or 15% bonus from the loan amount.

Ardshinbank also takes care of existing mortgage customers. They can apply for the loan on more favorable terms.

The project is implemented by the National Mortgage Company in cooperation with the French Development Agency (AFD) and the European Union Neighborhood Investment Fund (NIF).
