As far as the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is concerned, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan is implementing the plan of first President of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan. This is what President of Healthy Society NGO and former member of the Council of Elders of Yerevan Marina Khachatryan told journalists today.

According to her, evidence of this is the attempt to pass the bill on reducing the period of military service in exchange of AMD 10,000,000 and many other things.

Khachatryan said she was outraged by the statement by Pashinyan’s wife, Anna Hakobyan and believes she shouldn’t be allowed to enter Karabakh.

“What did Anna Hakobyan mean when she invited Mehriban Aliyeva to Karabakh to listen to Mugham? Why not invite her to listen to Komitas? Perhaps Hakobyan and Alieyva have a secret bond. I get the impression that Aliyeva is threatening with war, and Hakobyan is telling her to unleash it,” Khachatryan stated, adding that there are many deputies and government officials in Armenia who are working as foreign agents.

Mrs. Anna Hakobyan, wife of the Prime Minister of Armenia, spoke Wednesday at the conference devoted to the provisions of the United Nations Security Council’s women, peace and security resolution and invited First Lady of Azerbaijan and Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva to visit Artsakh and listen to Mugham.
