The draft state budget for 2020 is truly revolutionary, said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at the Armenian parliament on Friday.

According to him, from the point of view of improving the situation in the disaster area (earthquake of 1988 - ed.), this draft budget is also revolutionary, because, it is planned to allocate an unprecedented amount of AMD 3 billion to solve this problem.

The PM recalled that there are still citizens living in lodges in Gyumri, and said that this issue should be resolved. According to him, the state has de jure obligations regarding these people. The Prime Minister noted that the quarters of temporary houses hinder the development of Gyumri, and this problem needs to be addressed.
