YEREVAN. – In his final speech at the 2020 draft state budget debate in the National Assembly of Armenia today, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan called on everyone not to work with invoices.

"The one who hides tax from the state and the one who carries out respective activities steals from the soldier, steals from the soldier who, standing at the border, endangering his life, is defending the right of all of us to debate here," Pashinyan said. “Therefore, do not steal from our soldiers!

I think everyone knows that we are not stealing from the state budget. Yes, I do not steal any cent, and on the contrary, I say that we will 'cut off' all the hands that will try to snatch anything away from our national wealth, our soldier, pensioner, teacher."
