YEREVAN. – We need to look at the international experience to find alternative ways of financing the culture. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this in his final speech at the 2020 draft state budget debate in the National Assembly of Armenia today.

Pashinyan considered the most important thing that the government's works are good. "All this shows that our affairs are getting better," he said, and suggested adopting a resolution that "the future of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh depends on one person; and I am that one person."

He underlined that in 2019, Armenia was able to surpass Georgia in the indicator by per capita.

"And the most important thing is that in 2020, we will move ahead of Azerbaijan in this indicator," Pashinyan added. "In recent decades, Armenia has been the last in this scale."
