The Azerbaijani authorities are lying when they assure that there are Talish schools, Talish is taught in schools and there are Talish media outlets in the country. This is what Talish political scientist Zahiradin Ibrahimov told journalists today.

The analyst stated that Baku is trying to spread false information in Europe as well. Despite the Azerbaijani authorities’ repressions, the Talish are trying to do their best to return to their national roots and preserve their identity.
