YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd newspaper of Armenia writes: Zhoghovurd daily has heard reports that [Yerevan] municipality officials have been instructed to investigate and find out the legality of the buildings-structures belonging to Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) leader [and tycoon MP] Gagik Tsarukyan's family since 2002, and have already found something in connection with the Olimpavan company belonging to Tsarukyan.

In response to a query by Zhoghovurd daily in this regard, Yerevan Municipality responded that the reports on the instructed inspections of Tsarukyan's property did not correspond to reality, but the Olimpavan complex was built with violations.

According to the city authorities' response, "The construction by the developer was carried out with gross design deviations, resulting in the seizure of 990.6 square meters (619.18 square meters + 670.8 square meters) of community land."

Yesterday, our questions on this occasion were remained unanswered by the PAP; they promised to address today.
