YEREVAN. – Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Armenia Gevorg Loretsyan, his driver, and the president of an Armenian football club have been arrested, and criminal charges have been filed against them. The National Security Service (NSS) press service informed this to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
“The arrestees have been indicted, and arrest was chosen as the precautionary measure of the court,” the NSS informed.
As reported earlier, they had been detained on suspicion of taking a large amount of bribe.
