Nobody wants our children to smoke, and this means smokers must become outcasts. This is what deputy of the My Step faction of the National Assembly Hrachya Hakobyan said during a discussion on the bill on reduction and prevention of the damage caused to health through use of cigarettes and their substitutes.

According to the MP, the bill is rather helpful and important.

“Based on my experience, I can say I rarely smoke now. The first time I was in a place designed for smokers at an airport, I felt like an outcast. I apologize to all my smoker friends, but yes, I must say that we need to look at smokers as outcasts,” Hakobyan said.

The MP thanked all of his fellow MPs who had declared that they were going to vote in favor of the bill and reminded about becoming an outcast once again.
