The appeal that second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan’s attorney Aram Vardevanyan had filed with a court for the release of Kocharyan’s supporter Sargis Ohanjanyan has been upheld. Kocharyan’s attorney Aram Vardevanyan wrote about this on his Facebook page.

The Facebook post particularly reads as follows:

“The bad weather is no obstacle for restoration of the right to personal freedom! We have an exceptional judge, namely Vazgen Rshtuni. Sargis Ohanjanyan will be with his child today. My appeal has been upheld.”

Sargis Ohanjanyan and Narek Mutafyan were detained after asking Judge Anna Danibekyan (judge for the case of second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, who is currently detained) questions on the street and videotaping her.

Their case has already been forwarded to court.
