If Mehriban Aliyeva simply wants to listen to music, in this subtext, it is clear that somebody has to invite her because there is no other way she can visit Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. This is what deputy of the My Step faction of the National Assembly of Armenia Hovhannes Igityan told journalists today, touching upon the statement of wife of the Prime Minister Anna Hakobyan that she invites First Lady of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) to listen to Mugham.

“This is just an invitation, but the subtext is the following: if you want to drink tea in Yerevan or Shushi, there is only one way. To come to Yerevan, the Government of Armenia has to invite you, and to drink tea in Stepanakert, the relevant Azerbaijani official has to be invited by the authorities of Artsakh. This was the general approach,” Igityan said.
