YEREVAN. – If the document on Turkey's attack on Armenia is accurate, it will show how serious problems are facing us. Giro Manoyan, head of the Political Affairs Bureau and the Armenian Cause Office of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Dashnaktsutyun Party of Armenia, said this at a December 11 press conference.

In his words, according to some information, this may be the “handiwork” of Turkish Islamic preacher Fethullah Gülen’s supporters. "But all these are separate comments, whereas there is no official position of Ankara yet," Manoyan said. "Maybe there will be a response to the question by Turkish parliament’s Armenian MP Garo Paylan addressed to the Turkish Foreign Minister. We have to wait."

According to media reports, the Turkish army had planned to conduct airstrikes on Armenia within the framework of an operation under the code name Oğuztürk.
