Spokesperson for Armenian Prime Minister refrained from commenting on the statement by Azerbaijani foreign minister Elmar Mammadyarov.

Vladimir Karapetyan said he had looked through the interview, but he needs to study it deeper to comment on the matter. Karapetyan refferred the reporters to the Armenian Foreign Minister or spokesperson for the foreign office.

In an interview with Azerbaijani CBC TV channel, Mammadyarov said the Armenian side showed different documents, and one of them was the so-called “Lavrov plan”.
