No one will customize Artsakh’s right to self-determination to the tastes and perceptions of Azerbaijan, said political analyst Karen Bekaryan on Saturday.

“Today we are dealing with the whim of one man. Institutions simply do not work, because they are tired of silly tasks, uncertainties, they talk about counter-revolutionaries, and people don’t know how to behave. The head of the cabinet declared the government administration system counter-revolutionary,” he said.

Regarding the Karabakh issue, the analyst noted that some red lines have already been suppressed.

According to him, the negotiation process around Karabakh has turned into chaos.

He further noted that Azerbaijan had dreamed for years that a country “take it seriously” as part of a community-based approach. “And today, the country-co-chair, through the words of the Foreign Minister of ur strategic ally, is quite positive about the community approach,” Bekaryan concluded.
