Lydian company has nothing to do in Jermuk. Ashot Ashotyan, member of the All-Armenian National Consensus initiative, said this today during a discussion—in Jermuk, Armenia—of people fighting against the plan to operate the Amulsar gold mine of the country.

"It turned out that Lydian's activity in the stock market is the ‘pump and dump’ system, the ‘bubble’ system; they are used to making money from nothing,” he said, in particular. “They have already earned their money, they have nothing to do here, (...) the people have made their decision. (...) this is the issue of not only the Jermuk residents; this is the issue of the Armenians.”
