A father blames a Yerevan hospital doctor for the death of his 25-year-old daughter.

Yerevan Police are preparing a report based on the call by Hakob Petrosyan, 65, a resident of Armenia’s Gegharkunik Province.

He told police that his 25-year-old daughter, who was admitted to a Yerevan hospital on Oct. 16 had died at the hospital's intensive care unit, Shamshyan.com reported.

Petrosyan told police that his daughter had died due to medical malpractice by a female intensive care unit doctor.

A forensic medical examination has been ordered.
