YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd newspaper writes: The heated passions around the Football Federation of Armenia (FFA) do not stop in any way. First, a criminal case was initiated on suspicion of embezzlement of construction work during the days of [now] former FFA president Ruben Hayrapetyan. In addition, Zhoghovurd daily has received news that the power structures are now interested in the construction work a year ago and financed by the FFA, which was overseen by FFA vice presidents Armen Melikbekyan, or Armen Nikoghosyan.

And since the election of the FFA President and Executive Committee was very politicized in our country, those who know football life have such fears: since what happens around the FFA is regularly reported to UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin, it is not ruled out that the FFA will be suspended for two or more years due to politicization.
