Armenian ex-MP Manvel Grigoryan’s lawyers have submitted a request for release on bail for 25 real estate units in the amount of AMD 1 billion 336 million 760 thousand.
They also submitted a petition for release on his own recognizance. The court will announce the decision on the petitions on December 24.
As reported earlier, Manvel Grigoryan did not appear at the hearing due to deterioration of health.
Manvel Grigoryan is accused of illegal possession of weapons and ammunition, embezzlement of property worth over AMD 101 million, tax evasion of over AMD one billion, embezzlement of over AMD 1 billion from state funds and theft of property worth AMD 37 million and extortion.
