YEREVAN. – On the account of savings, this year about 1 billion drams have been additionally allocated to the military-industrial complex, with the aim of developing new designs, developing new projects, and we have already spent that money. Armenia’s Minister of High-Technological Industry Hakob Arshakyan stated this during his year-end press conference today.
According to him, it has already been announced that the amount allocated to the military-industrial complex of Armenia will be doubled in 2020.
"Three strategies have been developed: high-tech industry development, digitization and the development of a military-industrial complex that are already under public discussion," he added.
