The ‘Mini loan facility is provided for the period of up to 5 years, under collateral of immovable property, in the amount of up to AMD 50 million or equivalent foreign currency, at nominal interest rate of 11-13% (depending on the currency), while the effective annual interest rate is 12.8 -21.36%. To have a positive financial analysis is a precondition for the provision of this loan.
