At least eight people has become victims of two hurricanes that hit Portugal, Spain and France.

On Wednesday, the Storm Elsa raged in these countries, and on Saturday it was replaced by the devastating Hurricane Fabian, DW reported.

The storm also affected the south of UK, where, as a result of heavy rains, the rivers overflowed the banks. A tornado damaged numerous homes and cars in the city of Chertsey near London.

Italy also suffered from the flood. Water rose 120 cm above sea level, flooding about 30 percent of the city on Saturday in Venice. By the way, Venice did not recover from the consequences of the catastrophic flood that occurred a month ago.
