Second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan can’t be accused under the case of the events of March 1, 2008 from the perspective from which he is being accused. This is what president of “Vernatun” public-political club Vazgen Manukyan declared during public discussions today.

He noted that the case of Kocharyan serves as evidence of the fact that this is personal revenge and a way for the authorities to relieve themselves of people who can express their positions on the Karabakh issue.

Robert Kocharyan is charged with overthrow of constitutional order during the events of March 1, 2008 and receiving bribe in particularly large amounts.
