YEREVAN. – During the gathering of the supporters of the second president of the Republic of Armenia (RA), Robert Kocharyan, his son Levon read his father's message.

"Just a year ago it was not even possible to assume that the call 'join' would again have political meaning and relevance in our country," the message reads, in particular. “(…) today, this call unites the fighters against antinationalism, legal ‘boundlessness, the perversion of history, and dictatorship.

I would like to thank all those who signed the statement of the famous 100. The participation of tens of thousands of people is binding and compels me to fight with double energy and not to recoil before any hardship. I want you to know that I see the prison cell as an office where I work for the good future of the RA. The future where our national values will be respected, our identity, where we will live without fraud and lies, without shameless populism.

A new phase of the political struggle is starting, and I wish all of us success in that struggle; I'm convinced everything will be fine."
