Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory letter to the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan on the upcoming holidays.

Accoding to the letter,, Russia greatly appreciates his contribution to the development of friendly relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between our states.
