A new charge has been brought against Norayr Panosyan, whose best man is President of the Constitutional Court of Armenia Hrayr Tovmasyan, according to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Under the other charge, Norayr Panosyan is charged with abuse of official authority that negligently caused grave consequences.
On November 6, the Criminal Court of Appeal (Judge S. Marabyan) released Norayr Panosyan from detention on the ground of absence of substantiated suspicion.
