Armenian citizens in 2020 will feel all the positive and negative aspects of the country's integration into the Eurasian Economic Union, Director of the Caucasus Institute, political scientist Alexander Iskandaryan told reporters on Thursday.

According to him, the increase in customs tariffs on the import of cars from third countries will be negative, which will significantly limit the possibility of re-export to the Union.

"The further deepening of relations with the participating countries will be positive, which will enable the Armenian business to open new markets," he noted.

The expert noted that 2019 was not a breakthrough year for the Eurasian Union, and countries are still studying each other.
