More than 90 people have been killed in a car bomb explosion in the Somali capital city of Mogadishu, Somali parliamentarian Abdirizak Mohamed said, RIA Novosti reports.
"I was informed the death toll stands over 90 including 17 somali police officers, 73 civilians and 4 foreign nationals," he wrote on Twitter.
No group operating in the region has yet claimed responsibility for the blast.
