South Korean car companies Hyundai Motor and Kia Motors are recalling 640 thousand cars due to various defects, national ministry of state territories, infrastructure and transport said.

According to it, six models are subject to revocation for free troubleshooting, TASS reported.

These are: the Hyundai Grand Starex minivan, the small Porter 2 truck and the Solati minibus, which are experiencing problems with unstable engine operation, as well as the Kia Sorento parquet SUV, which has detected failures in the frontal collision avoidance system.
