Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan congratulated all residents of the capital of Armenia on the upcoming New Year. 

According to him, in 2019 they managed to solve some of the problems inherited from the past, managed to start business, the results of which will be visible in the future.

The mayor thanked the residents of Yerevan for their patience and determination. He noticed that all the residents, including himself, together with the children, were waiting for the New Year miracle. The mayor called on the residents of Yerevan to celebrate the holidays merrily and not to forget about those who need attention, and also to remember the soldiers who defend the country.

New Year's events will kick off at the Republic Square in Yerevan at 10pm. At 11:45pm Armenian PM will have a live broadcast from square.
