Renowned Armenian musicologist Ruben Terteryan has passed away.

Terteryan was the author of more than 150 academic and journalistic monographs that were published in Yerevan, Moscow, Buenos Aires, Cuenca, and Quito (Ecuador)—in Armenian, Russian, Spanish, and English.

He was also the author of over 30 radio and television programs.

Ruben Terteryan was the son of renowned composer Avet Terteryan.
