President of South Korea Moon Jae-In has declared that he can reach the point where the UN sanctions on North Korea will be lifted, reports PA.
According to him, the expansion of cooperation between North and South Korea will promote nuclear diplomacy between North Korea and the US and will help receive international support in order for the sanctions to be lifted.
