Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk handed over the letter of resignation to Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy with the right to submit it to parliament.
The PM noted in his Facebook post that he wrote a statement to remove any doubts about respect for the president.
The president’s office said that they would consider the statement.
The PM also wrote about what he had done in four months and talked about his plans.
